Zanesville has two amateur community theatre groups -- Zane Trace Players and Zanesville Community Theater. Zane Trace Players took on a very ambitous play this summer, the Arabian Nights themed Kismet. It's the typical boy meets girl scenario (in this case the Prince and the daughter of a poet), boy loses girl (the evil wazir of police marries her, not by her choice), boy gets girl (unhappy father takes care of wazir!). I thought I'd post some shots from dress rehearsal.
