There are 4-H horses galore at the fair. The kids and sometimes their whole families camp out in the horse barns by their horse's stall the entire week of the fair.

I've never really been around horses, but I love to watch them :)
Now this would be my favorite part of the fair...I love horses. Since Allyson doesn't get to ride anymore I don't get to be around the horses and I miss them!
I just visited my "niece" (really my ex-hsuband's daughter) at the barn this afternoon...horses used to be SUCH a big part of my daily life, I miss them, and it *is* nice to visit once in a while....loved your pics!
I love that the kids and families stay close by -- very neat!
