I'm taking a little break from fair pictures to show you all how I spent my Sunday morning. More fair blogs tomorrow. . . It's sweet corn time in SE Ohio right now. I cut 40 ears off the cob and froze it last week. Pick 'n Save had anothe great sale on fresh corn, so I bought 4 dozen on Friday to freeze. We husked it last night, and this morning I processed it into 21 little bags.
All done and ready to hit the freezer. . .
I got lunch started while I was waiting for the corn to cook -- took 5 different batches to get it all done (the corn, not lunch). Anyone for fresh green beans, new red potatoes, and ham. . .
