These ears of field corn are out for the woodpeckers and blue jays -- this squirrel (I think there are two of them, actually) thought they belonged to him. He cleaned off three ears of corn and made himself at home in my birdfeeder.

They are pesky little rascals, but I love to watch them - always make me smile :)
My father had several at his home in FL that he could hand feed . . . good memory
